Nina’s story is similar to so many we hear at Seacoast Family Promise (SFP). Nina is also one of our many success stories. In this video she describes her experience to a small group of people interested in learning more about our program. In the clip, Nina refers to SFP volunteers, overnight hosts and Program Director, Pati Frew-Waters. Pati is one of the folks who help guests like Nina get through crisis and get back on track.
Our program works.
Professional staff operates the Seacoast Family Promise Day Center, located in Stratham, NH, identifying the reasons for a family’s homelessness then providing a family-by-family, results oriented goal plan which will lead to the family becoming fully self-sufficient members of the community. Seacoast Family Promise partners with an interfaith network of local congregations comprised of more than 550 volunteers who serve meals, provide private sleeping arrangements and distribute personal necessities to families in need.
Many support SFP with financial donations and/or volunteer efforts through serving meals and overnight hosting. For more information on making a donation or volunteering, log onto the Seacoast Family Promise website at www.SFPNH.org.
